The TYU-2000M type automatic measuring equipment for magnetism of silicon steel sheets made by Luodi Tianyu Electron adapt to measure the magnetic induction Bm、total loss ratio Ps of all kinds of hot rolling or cold rolling, orientation or non-orientation material of silicon steel sheets and it can draw ac magnetization curve, loss curve, magnetic hysteresis loop and permeability curve and print the testing report in various form. This device adopts computer control technology and A/D sampling, and it measure the band of electrical piano steel(strip)in Epstein method meanwhile it introduce a special feedback design on power supply to make sure the flux waveforms keep sine-wave. The whole measure process can be finished automatically. Measuring time and output voltage is better than 2×10-4; waveform distortion, loss measurement, waveform factor are better than 3×10-2.
This device is design and made according to the IEC standard IEC404-2 and National standard GB/T 3655-92.
