Current advanced hard and soft technical of microcomputer, popular single chip processing technique and high linearity ,high Stable hall devices were adopted by this system, so it has many advantages such as the advancement on design, simple and convenient on operation, good looking on appearance and so on. It can realize the automatic measurement on the distributing of all kinds of magnetic products (Such as magnetic loop of Nd-Fe-B, ferrite, plastic magnet and so on) and judge the polarity automatically. The waveform of the magnetic bundle distribution on the surface of magnetic products, the parameter of magnetic field of each pole, the calculation and analysis of the date and information all completed automatically by the computer. It can draw the X-Y coordinate and polar coordinates curve . All the measured information, curves, measuring report can be print, save and show by the computer. It has the advantages of high resolution, and stability on rotation and so on because it adopts the advance stepping motors. It can measure on the product which has 500 pairs of poles at most. Although this device is small and delicate on design but it is excellent on the performance and has the advantages of high precision and reliable and it is easy to learn and operate.
