PBABSMS-01 Battery Comprehensive Management System
With the development of science and technology, electric power is widely used as a clean energy resource and the application of accumulator is more and more popular in various industries of the society. However, the working state of the battery group needs the test equipment to monitor. The monitor on line equipment (battery inspection tour instrument) is developed according to this application field.

1 Power supplying of the Host Computer DC 110V~250V or AC 110~220V 50HZ
Customer can choose one power supply mode. On the end of alternating current linking, there is safety located.
2 This device can have cycle-monitoring the voltage of each single battery between 132 pcs of Lead acid batteries and it can show the number and the value of the batteries which have the highest and lowest voltage or show the voltage and number of the single battery circularly by pressing the switching button. The host computer can order the 132pcs lead acid batteries according to the high low of the voltage value. The period for one cycle monitoring:≤60 seconds
3 The connecting way of the battery: 132 pcs lead acid batteries are divided into 22 groups, and this 22 groups are connected in series. The voltage of each group is 24V. The quantity of each group is 6pcs. The connection way of these 6 batteries is series connection for two and two, then parallel connection for three routes. Each battery is connected to the socket.
4 Three independent numeral display (show the No and voltage value of each single battery), it can change the display mode by pressing the swift button. (Show the highest value or the lowest value or show circularly). The first group shows the information from 1-48, the second group shows the information from 49-96, the third group shows the information from 97-132.
5 Long Distance Communication Function: It can offer a RS485 interface which can be connected with the host computer. The host computer can print all the measure date and do data processing for all the measure dates, such as ordering and so on. And it can set parameters on the device through the computer, for examples, setting alarm parameters and so on. The standard MODBUS-RTU communication agreement is adopted by this function.
6 Alarm Function
It will send out alarms when the voltage of the battery over the setting limited value, meanwhile, the numeral display will turn to the highest and lowest video mode automatically.
7 Voltage Measuring of the Battery
It can test the accumulator of 12V and the voltage of 1-144 routes. The voltage of each route is 0-15V, the accuracy is ±0.2%
